This workbook is a paperback 8 1/2 x 11 inch 40 page read that is formatted for you to write in and copy as needed. It is self-paced and within 6 to 8 weeks you will see improvement in your sleep without medication.
Many insomniacs struggle with sleep because they are engaged in daily habits that are sabotaging their sleep…most times without even realizing the impact of these daily decisions. The first module is all about you..answering many questions about your health-past and present along with past experiences. The purpose of this first module is to begin to heighten your awareness of your physical and mental foundation. Over the course of the other modules you will journal your sleeping habits and your daily activities all while learning how these activities are actually impacting your sleep.
My hope is that with simple changes over a course of several weeks, you will be able to return to restorative sleep. Improving your sleep will improve your relationships, community and thus making this world a better place to live.
